The Case Administrator is a client-dedicated role that supports the client’s legal department. In this role you will serve as a case Administrator and will support a team of project managers.   Together, you will deliver world-class support to multiple litigation and legal matters.  You will interact with in-house counsel, internal business groups, outside counsel, and eDiscovery vendors to help organize cases and ensure case deadlines are being met.  As a Case Administrator you foster a collaborative environment with a can-do attitude and a vision of excellence, inclusivity, and compassion while also being process-oriented and striving for efficiency.

 

Responsibilities Work at direction of PMO project managersResponsible for maintaining organization of casesCase closure

Utilize off-the-shelf and proprietary data collection, analysis, and reporting toolsSupport other team members with training and education to encourage best practices and high-quality service Qualifications

Minimum Education Requirements:   

Bachelor's degree required

Minimum Experience Requirements:  

2+ years hands-on experience working with legal departments or in litigation, including project managementKnowledge of the litigation lifecycleStrong technical aptitude and interestInterest in learning a variety of tools to aid in eDiscovery, knowledge management and vendor engagement to assist project managersAbility to work independently and proactively to meet aggressive timelines in a dynamic environment, including managing and prioritizing deliverables with cross-functional teams.Sound business judgment and ability to handle multiple wide-ranging matters, conflicting deadlines, while exploring new areas of expertise as business needs changeDemonstrated ability to identify, prioritize, and resolve issues quickly and effectively in a positive and practical mannerInterest in and ability to identify gaps, propose solutions, and take ownership of projects while balancing time, quality, cost, and riskAbility to foster and facilitate teamwork by cultivating relationships, collaborating, and effectively communicating with teammates and cross-functional partners in the pursuit of team goals; shares information and supports othersCustomer service oriented and responsiveStrong critical and analytical thinking skillsA high level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion in handling confidential information, as well as the ability to work well with people at all levels inside and outside the company, are essential

Other Requirements:  

Strong communication skills, including the ability to convey complex technical concepts in a simple and concise manner
