Description OVERVIEW You will work with a dedicated group of professionals and perform data entry and administrative tasks related to filing arbitration and mediation cases. The successful applicant will have a hybrid work arrangement, and must reside within 125-mile radius of the AAA's Voorhees, NJ office location. The position's starting annual salary range is $52,000 - $55,000, with quarterly incentive opportunities. RESPONSIBILITIES + Reviews new arbitration and mediation case filings to ensure compliance with filing requirements, due process protocols, and organizational policies. + Accurately enters data into an electronic case management system; scans, indexes and analyzes case documents; collaborates with colleagues and case owners to verify accuracy and completeness of case records. + Ensures confidentiality of case information and records; adheres to the AAA's information security and data privacy policies, procedures, and practices. + Selects and creates customer account/contact records in accordance with established policies and procedures. + Receives and responds to correspondence in accordance with established policies and procedures. + Communicates with parties to resolve incomplete filings and responds to inquiries from filers in a timely manner. + Communicates AAA policies and procedures to parties; understands, interprets, and evaluates case issues based on standard policies, procedures, and protocols. + Consults regularly with supervisor and seeks guidance from management to ensure quality and consistency; escalates complex and unresolved matters to management. + Assists with data maintenance and research projects. + Demonstrates regular, reliable, and predictable job attendance. + Attends on-site and in-person meetings and training sessions. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE Associate's degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, or a related field, or an equivalent mix of education and experience. 0-2 years of progressive administrative work experience in a client-centered corporate environment. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES + Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry, document review, and record-keeping. + Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines. + Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) and ability to learn new software and case management systems. + Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with clients, colleagues, and management. + Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion when handling sensitive information.
