Case Management Coordinator

What you will do:

The Case Management Coordinator works as a member of the Site Management and Student Services Department team. Primarily responsible for overseeing all aspects of case management training, audit compliance and outside agency relationships, including community service, to ensure treatment continuity is maintained for the students. Depending on location, the Case Management Coordinator reports to the Director of Student Services or Clinical Director.

 

To be considered you should have:

Bachelor’s degree in related field. Master’s degree preferred. Four years of experience in Human Services with at least two years of Rite of Passage experience. Prior case management experience (Rite of Passage experience preferred). Supervisory experience preferred. Knowledge of Placing Agencies, licensing requirements and Rite of Passage policies and procedures. Good interpersonal skills including the ability to interview potential employees if required. Ability to pass a criminal background clearance check, drug screen, physical and TB test.
