The Opportunity

We're poised for growth, and now's your chance to join our Workers’ Compensation team in TAS. As a Case Manager, you'll take charge of the claims process and elevate customer experiences.

Your goal? Ensure every claimant has a smooth and efficient return-to-work journey. You'll tackle claim declines, drive goal-setting, and approach each challenge with a can-do attitude.

Your New Role

Be the key point of contact for all stakeholders—injured workers, employers, GPs, and medical professionals—leading their return-to-work journey.

Maintain strict adherence to legislative standards and company policies, ensuring every deadline is met with precision.

Conduct face-to-face case conferences, claims reviews, and site visits, building trust and strong relationships.

 Execute timely case reviews—plan, develop, and implement winning strategies that deliver results.

Set clear expectations and educate both workers and employers on their obligations, mastering your portfolio with effective financial claims management.

About You:
To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

Proven experience in a client-focused, allied health, legal, or operations-oriented position.

Strong influencing skills, with effective written and verbal communication.

A customer-first mentality, driven to deliver optimal outcomes.
