General information about the position:Providing supervision of Direct Care staff and coverage coordination.Participate in training new employeesManages client caseloads, weekly review of client charts/recordsMonitoring Daily Shift Notes.Supervision and evaluation of service delivery quality to clients.Assigned to South Orange County area.Qualifications:
Spanish Speaker a Plus, but not required.

Experience:

1 year of People Management experience
1 year of experience in Case Management or:
2 years of experience providing services to individuals with Mental Health Challenges/Intellectual Disabilities
