Case Manager

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Case Management team at Wellnz. This role will be based in Auckland. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. Wellnz, now a part of Marsh, is dedicated to supporting our clients with injury management, return to work support, and overall wellbeing services. This is a unique opportunity for a passionate and values-driven professional to make a difference in people's lives.

We will count on you to:

Manage a portfolio of cases on behalf of our client, ensuring compliance with Client Service Level Agreements and ACC Audit StandardsPromote a healthy and safe working environment while maintaining high standards of customer service in accordance with the Code of Claimant RightsConduct regular client contact to discuss claims and foster effective working relationshipsKeep management informed about progress and ongoing client relationshipsCommit to your professional development and maintain a competent practice

What you need to have:

Proven experience in Case Management or Claims Management, preferably from a Government body or insurerStrong knowledge of ACC legislationRelevant tertiary qualifications in business, rehabilitation, or a health-related disciplineExcellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
