Seeking an enthusiastic Case Manager to partner with a Boston-based Supportive Housing non-profit.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Will work as part of an intensive team serving tenants who may be experiencing untreated mental illness, active substance abuse, and other significant health challenges.Using a Harm Reduction, Trauma-Informed approach, including techniques like Stages of Change Theory and Motivational Interviewing, to support tenants in overcoming barriers to stable housing.Managing a caseload while collaborating with housing staff to stabilize and promote the personal growth of tenants.Identify program participants through street, community-based and shelter outreachComplete Intakes and Assessments

REQUIREMENTS:

High School Diploma or EquivalentStrong written communication skills

SCHEDULE:

Tuesday - Saturday, 8:30a - 5:00p OR Sunday - Thursday, 8:30a - 5:00p
