The opportunity:

We are looking for a permanent Case Manager to join our high-performing Claims Team!

In this role you will be responsible for the assessment and ongoing management of claims and risk exposure for AIA. This is achieved through outstanding stakeholder management, excellent communication and critical thinking. You will be focused on delivering exceptional customer experience in line with our Claims' philosophy of looking to pay all legitimate claims.

Key responsibilities include:

Managing the assessment of a high volume, end-to-end claims' portfolio.

Assessing & managing risk exposure to AIA.

Liaising with appropriate medical providers, financial providers and external parties.

Developing Individual Management Plans for clients to establish agreed goals, actions and timeframes.

Implementing appropriate rehabilitation referrals and follow through of recommendations as required.

Maintaining regular and proactive contact with clients, advisers and any other relevant stakeholder.

Processing payments for claims accurately and in a timely manner.

About you:

Previous claims/insurance experience.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to be adaptable, autonomous and capable managing challenging conversations with key stakeholders (internally and externally).

Critical thinking and good time management skills.
