We are seeking a talented individual to join our Case Management team at Wellnz, now a part of Marsh, in a fixed term (parental leave cover) capacity for 12 months. This role will be based in our modern Auckland CBD offices. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

We will count on you to:

Manage a portfolio of cases on behalf of our client, ensuring compliance with Client Service Level Agreements and ACC Audit StandardsPromote a healthy and safe working environment while providing a high standard of customer service to injured clientsConduct regular client contact to discuss claims and develop effective working relationshipsKeep management adequately informed about progress and ongoing relationships with clientsContinually work towards professional development and maintain a competent practice

What you need to have:

Case Management or Claims Management experience, either from a Government body or an insurerStrong knowledge of ACC legislationRelevant tertiary qualifications in business and/or rehabilitation or a health-related disciplineExcellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skillsProven time management and organisational skills, including the ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
