BayCare Health Systems is currently seeking an experienced **Case Manager** to join our outstanding and compassionate team in **Pasco County!** This is a field-based position that works with the Pasco County Sheriff's Office as a ride along co-responder. **Location:** New Port Richey, Pasco County **Status:** Full-Time, Exempt: No Shift Hours: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Tuesday through Friday.
