Case Manager - AIS
POSITION SUMMARY:

This position supports organizational goals by providing quality customer service, participating in performance improvement efforts and demonstrating a commitment to teamwork and cooperation.

The Early Intervention Case Manager will demonstrate warmth, hopefulness and enthusiasm in their work on behalf of consumers and will have personal philosophy which is person-centered and embodies wellness, recovery and resiliency.



QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Service Field.

LICENSE/CERTIFICATION: QPRT, CPR, CPI, Valid NJ driver’s license for use of Company Vehicle.

EXPERIENCE: 2 years experience providing case management and community support for individuals with serous mental illness. Must have computer skills and working knowledge of copier, and facsimile.
