View Point Health serves uninsured, underinsured, low-income Medicaid, Medicare, war veterans and some private insurance across multiple locations with a full continuum of behavioral health services and support. The services provided by View Point Health contribute to the reduction in homelessness, reduction in crime and subsequent incarcerations, higher graduation rates, lower dropout rates, decreased ER visits and decreased inpatient admissions. Early Treatment Program is a team based, multi-element approach to treating transition age youth and young adults, ages 16-30 years old, with FEP (First Episode Psychosis). This position will be based out of our DeKalb Office. The team of professionals will include a Psychiatrist, Registered Nurse, Employment Specialist, Clinical Team Leader/Individual Therapist, Case Manager, Care Coordinator/Certified Peer Specialist, & Family Peer Support Specialist.
