The Case Manager III for Adult Mental Health Services (mid-intensity) provides case management and clinical services for individuals with mental illness, substance disorders use and/or developmental disabilities and their families. Develops and maintains working relationships with: individuals served, families, additional service providers, and other community agencies as needed to ensure quality services. Works as part of a treatment team to ensure services and resources are coordinated among providers as needed to help individuals served live and function optimally in the community. Starting Hourly Rate: $19.36

 

Education Requirements: 

Bachelor's Degree is required in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work or Special Education. Registration as a QMHP-A or C is required. Must maintain QMHP status and all required trainings/CEUs. At least one year of experience in a setting working with individuals with mental illness, substance use disorders and/or developmental disabilities is required.
