What you'll do:
As a Registered Nurse at Northwest Medical Center, you’ll play a vital role in doing what you do best - providing quality care to our patients.
Coordinates services through an interdisciplinary process which provides a clinical and psychosocial approach through the continuum of care. Assists in development, planning, coordination and administration of the activities of clinical review, discharge planning, resource utilization and utilization review.
Candidates need acute hospital experience, prior case management experience preferred.
• 5x8s, varying days and weekends working in acute inpatient Case Management
• Evaluates assigned patients and plans, implements, and documents nursing care
• Promotes patients' independence by establishing patient care goals and teaching patients and families to understand conditions, medications, and self-care skills.

Position Qualifications/Minimum Requirements
Education:
Required for RN:
Minimum - Associate's degree; Master's/Bachelor's degree preferred
Experience:
Required: 2 years of clinical/hospital experience or 2 years of experience in related area.
Preferred: prior experience in Case Management
Skills:
Ability to read, communicate, and document effectively through oral, written, or electronic means. Strong organizational and customer service skills. Ability to interview others and assess situations, prioritize and respond promptly to a changing workload.
Licenses/Certifications:
Required for RN: Current Arizona RN license or compact state license
BLS Basic Cardiac ( American Heart Association or American Red Cross)
