Qualifications Requirements Education - Per RN licensure requirements. Bachelor's Degree preferred. Experience At least three (3) years previous clinical and/or case management/utilization management experience preferably in a high volume acute care hospital/healthcare facility. Licenses - Valid, current RN state license or compact. Will also consider Licensed Social Worker. Must demonstrate excellent interpersonal, communication and problem solving skills necessary to gather and exchange data, both internally and externally) with key medical professionals, patients and patient family members. Able to effectively utilize critical thinking and problem resolution skills.
