Responsible for overseeing the daily operation of the Rapid Re-Housing Program and supervising staff members. 2.Responsible for Rapid Re-Housing Program reporting requirements, maintaining, updating, and submitting routine and ad-hoc reports as necessary. 3.Responsible for coaching, supervising, training, and professional development of staff and ensuring that the work is performed in an efficient, prompt, professional and accurate manner and provides guidance, when necessary. 4.Ensures staff maintains up-to-date and accurate client files and databases as required by agency/programmatic policies and procedures, professional standards, and external requirements of all regulatory, licensing or accrediting bodies. 5.Works collaboratively with the Program Manager, case management staff, and other departments and/or community partner agencies in order to obtain resources for clients; 6.Assists the supervisory chain with ensuring the program operates within the budget, grant application process, and supervision of case management staff when necessary; 7.Handles client and employee complaints as well as crisis situations in consultation with their supervisory chain in compliance with Agency/Programmatic policies and procedures; 8.Responsible for recruiting, maintaining and building positive relationships with landlords by participating in/or organizing fairs, appreciation lunches and/or other events; 9. knows and complies with the City, State, and Federal fair Housing laws and regulations relevant to the position and services.PLEASE NOTE: Essential functions include all other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
