Responsible for providing casework services to families/children on assigned caseloads including direct supportive treatment services appropriate to meeting needs in the case; helps the client get connected to other needed services. Serves as a member of the treatment team for cases assigned. The Case Worker participates as a member of a treatment team for each assigned case. In addition, they are responsible for communicating with other team and staff members to ensure integrated service delivery to the child/family and serves as a primary provider of appropriate direct services to the child’s family based on need assignment and the treatment plan for the child/family.
