Job Title: Cash Application Manager I

Location: Warsaw, Poland (onsite)


Working hours : 2 - 10 pm, Monday - Friday

Job Summary:

NCR Voyix is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Cash Application Manager I to join our Global Business Services team in Warsaw, Poland. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the cash application process, ensuring accurate and timely posting of customer payments, and maintaining strong relationships with our global customers. This role requires excellent analytical skills, strong attention to detail, and a solid understanding of cash application processes within a global framework.

Key Responsibilities:

Cash Application Management: Oversee the cash application process to ensure accurate and timely posting of customer payments.Reconciliation: Perform daily reconciliation of cash receipts to customer accounts, ensuring discrepancies are identified and resolved promptly.Customer Relations: Communicate with global customers to resolve payment issues and discrepancies professionally and efficiently.Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends and areas for improvement.Compliance: Ensure all cash application activities comply with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the cash application function.Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on cash application performance to senior management.Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as finance, collections, and customer service, to resolve issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in cash application or accounts receivable management, preferably within a global or multinational company. 3+ years of experience managing a team.Skills:Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in cash application software and ERP systems.Attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Language: Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
