Job Description:
The Cash Application & Payment Specialist ensures the accurate and timely processing of all bank statement transactions, especially incoming payments, and the application of these payments to customer accounts. Additionally, the role involves resolving payment discrepancies, collaborating with other departments, and participating in monthly closing activities. This role is also responsible for processing outgoing payments.
Responsibilities:
daily basis: accurately processing and posting all bank statement transactions, managing transactions and clearing/CIT accounts. Weekly: customer direct debits, vendor payment runs and ad hoc manual payments.Monthly: Cash and cash equivalents reconciliations.Collaboration in meeting internal audit requirementsVerifying the accuracy of entered dataOther duties as assigned by the direct supervisor#LI-PG1
Job Requirements:
Secondary education with a high school diploma, University degree in economics or related field3 years experience in finance and administrationGood communication and organizational skillsActive knowledge of English, another language is an advantageOperating Company:
