Cash Application Specialist

About the Role

In this opportunity as a Cash Application Specialist you will:

Prepare journal entries.

General ledger operations.

Monthly closings and preparation of monthly financial statements.

Assist with yearend closings.

Draw up monthly financial reports; prepare analysis of accounts as requested.

Administer accounts receivable and accounts payable.

Assist with payroll administration.

Monitor and resolve bank issues including fee anomalies and check differences.

Account/bank reconciliations.

Review and process expense reports.

About You

You're a fit for the of Cash Application Specialist if your background includes:

1 to 2 years relevant work experience in Cash Application position or environment (B2B)

Background in SAP WRP and S/4 Hana, Salesforce

Ability to work independently and contribute to broader team objectives.

Attention to detail.

Ability to multitask and manage time amid multiple deadlines.

Amenable to work on a mid-shift schedule.

Good communication skills

Good to have: Background in Order Management
