Description Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Contract Cash Applications Specialist to join our finance team. This role will begin with onsite training in Eden Prairie, MN, and transition to a remote position after successful completion of training. The ideal candidate will have experience in Accounts Receivable (AR) or Cash Applications. Requirements Key Responsibilities: + Accurately process and apply cash payments, including checks, credit card payments, and ACH transfers. + Ensure proper and timely application of payments to customer accounts. + Resolve payment discrepancies and work with internal teams to address customer billing issues. + Collaborate with the AR team to support month-end close processes and reconciliation. + Assist with any adjustments or follow-up on outstanding payments. + Provide exceptional service to customers and internal stakeholders. Requirements: + Previous experience in Accounts Receivable (AR) or Cash Applications. + Strong attention to detail and ability to process payments accurately. + Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. + Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. + Good communication skills to interact with internal teams and customers. + Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic financial software knowledge. + Experience with accounting systems is a plus.
