Role Title: Cash & Collect Assistant Manager

JOB PURPOSE
The Cash & Collect Assistant Manager is responsible for delivering Cash, Claims and Collections targets while ensuring proper Controls are in place. He/she needs to partner with Internal (Logistics, Finance Controller, Unilever Operations, Customer Business Development) and External partners (Customers, Capgemini and others) to drive end-to-end operational efficiencies.
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
Deliver Cash, Claims and Collection targets through our internal and external partnersBuild and manage relationship with Internal and External partners (Capgemini, Customers) and other relevant service providersDeliver end- to-end operational excellence and efficiencies via continuous improvement projects, automation and process governancePartner with Logistics and Customer Business Development to deliver strategic projects to continuously improve and transform the operationsEnsure controls are executed and reviewed periodically with Risk and Controls Team via Controls GovernanceDrive performance management activities of service partnersDrive performance through important governance meetings and activities (ie. NACREMS Governance, other required meetings)ESSENTIAL SKILLS
