Cash Collection Lead
**Job Description:** This role is accountable for the operations of the Cash Collections team within the Implant Direct organization with specific responsibility for customer interactions for both North American and International Customers. The Cash Collection Lead is responsible for developing and maintaining a strong team of collectors to enable them to foster and enhance customer relationships with the primary goal of securing outstanding payments for our operational units. + Builds an engaging culture of teamwork and respect. + Is responsible for engaging with and being accountable for the quality and performance of the Cash Collection Services to stakeholders at all levels within the business. + Proactively helpsdrive the collection process to deliver on time payment from customers. + Reviews and approves exceptional credit terms, and/or credit hold releases within the Delegation of Authority (DOA) guidelines. + Defines actions and works with Order to Cash (OTC) Manger to improve Days Sales Outstanding (DSOs). + Acts as a partner for other functions impacting the Order to Cash process - Customer Services, Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, Cash Management and Accounting. + Delivers services according to targets aligned with business stakeholders and with reference to agreed (KPIs) and service level agreements. + Is expected to deliver year on year improvements in KPI’s as agreed with stakeholders and / or companywide projects for operational improvements (e.g. DSOs, operational efficiency). + Plays a key role with OTC manager in driving projects to improve processes and add innovation to the cash collection process and other Order to Cash process improvement initiatives. + Escalationcontacts for difficult, high risk or white glove customer issues. + Provide weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting, including but not limited to bad debt, negative balance reclass, etc + Perform ad-hoc tasks as necessary. . **Job Requirements:** + Minimum 3 years’ experience in a customer facing role or managing a customer facing team. + SAP Experience Required and Order to Cash process stream. + Proven ability to leadtalent pipeline within a team. + Proficient with computer skills (Excel, Other Office tools, Outlook, CRM) **Operating Company:** Nobel Biocare Envista and its family of companies (Envista) will not accept unsolicited resumes from any source other than directly from a candidate.
