Our GBS is looking for a Cash Collection Trainee to be based in Santa Maria da Feira

The main missions of the role are:

 Customer account support;

Prioritize the receivables base to ensure the highest impact items get focus;

Be present on conference calls with customers and internal contacts to obtain commitments and accounts receivable resolution strategies;

Assist in resolving customer issues, including process issues, disputes, and billing, to facilitate customer payment of undisputed balances;

Collaborate on recommendations for process improvements focusing on the Customer-to-Cash cycle;

Support productivity and transformation initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have/be:

Minimum education level: University Degree/Graduated in Finance; 

Fluent in English (French is a plus);

Good knowledge in Excel;

Excellent communications skills.
