Cash Collections Specialist - Reporting

In this role, you will report directly to the Global Volume Collections (GVC) Director and will closely collaborate with the regional volume leadership team and other GVC SPOCs. One of the main tasks will be the change management, where the ultimate goal is to have one GVC process. The role is considered as high visibility and high impact role. 

 

What you will do:

 

 

GVC specific reporting – prepare and deliver comprehensive reports on GVC performance and KPIs. Ensure timely distribution of regular and ad-hoc reports relevant for the stakeholders. GVC specific forecasting – manage and create GVC forecasts, incorporating historical data and predictive models. Regularly update forecasts based on actual performance and changing segment conditions. Collaborate with finance teams to integrate GVC forecasts into broader financial projections GVC related CFO reviews – prepare detailed reviews and presentations for CFOs and senior management. Provide analysis and interpretation of the GVC performance and trends. Support strategic planning and decision making through data-driven insights. Support Global and Regional Volume Team Meetings – coordinate and facilitate global and regional team meetings, assist in the preparation of the meeting agenda, materials and track actions completed. Act as audit SPOC – serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external audits related to GVC Support continuous improvement initiative for the team – support dissemination of key updates and initiatives across the global and regional teams.  Other related duties as assigned

 

What you will bring: 

 

 

proactive, agile, structured, and solution-oriented approach as well as the ability to informally lead adaptability to change and unknown and a positive attitude excellent knowledge of Excel, expertise in ISP, CRM, and other SAP tools is a plus excellent communication skills  collections background preferred

 

Meet your team:


Global Volume Cash Collections (GVC CC) team, consisting of over 70 colleagues, is responsible for collecting receivables coming from the global volume segment. The focus is reduction of the % of the invoices overdue & Days Sales Outstanding (DSO), and improvement of the Cash Flow by driving timely settlement from customers using standardized processes and tools. We maintain a strong focus on customer experience and, to do this, we engage with other relevant teams and stakeholders within the company to resolve disputes and inform about necessary impairments.
