Job Responsibilities 

Play a crucial role in ensuring seamless trade operations and client satisfactionProvide exceptional client services with accurate and timely trade allocation and pre-confirmations Manage post-trade activities for timely pre-matching and smooth settlement Oversee collateral management for Stock Borrow Loan (SBL) Address and fulfill client requests and requirements Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement internal synergies Promote process improvement initiatives and strategic digital solutions Lead projects related to end-to-end reviews, efficiency realization, and new initiatives on local, regional, and global scales

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

Experience in Japanese Equities Operations at domestic or foreign securities firmsStrong motivation, enthusiasm, and work ethicAbility to thrive in a dynamic environment with tight deadlinesExcellent communication skills in both Japanese and EnglishProven ability to build strong relationships with middle office members, front office, clients, and key organizational functionsJSDA 1st and 2nd class Sales Representative licenseProficiency in PC skills, including Excel and Word
