Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Perform bank A/R drafting for customers. Reconcile and investigate any differences between EFT drafts from bank statement and vendor remittances. Analyze accounts, process transaction level entries, and work with others to resolve discrepancies. Maintain process documentation and assist with annual audits. Analyze and provide support for fuel transactions drafted but not yet entered into the accounting system. Assist with ad hoc projects and process improvements.Key Attributes

Education: Bachelor’s degree required
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel required
Preferred qualifications:
Some Billing, Accounts Receivable, and General Ledger experience is preferred. Experience with SAP, Power BI, Alteryx, or Robotic Process Automation tools is a plusRequired experience is commensurate with the selected job level:
o The Associate Accountant/Analyst level requires a bachelor’s degree and 0-2 years of relevant job-related experience
o The Accountant/Analyst level requires a bachelor’s degree and 2-5 years of relevant job-related experience

Usually, normal office working conditions. Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time due to prolonged periods of sitting or standing. Occasional overnight travel may be required. · Occasional visits to retail sites and industrial/manufacturing settings, which may include exposure to various materials and chemicals, as well as extreme temperature conditions and loud machinery, and require appropriate personal protective equipment.
