Cash Management Product Controls Associate

As a Product Controls Associate in Business Banking, you will be responsible for providing leadership in the execution of process mapping, risk identification, developing control recommendations, daily issue management, action plan remediation and client corrections across Business Banking Cash Management  to allow for consistent and effective controls management. You will also be asked to encourage a control-conscience environment, full transparency of the issues/gaps and effective implementation of control measures.

Job responsibilities

Working with the Controls Management, Legal, Risk, and Compliance teams execute plans to strengthen our control capabilities Ensuring we stay compliant with Control rules and regulations Lead cross-functional teams to: Map key processes across the Cash Management, identify risks, existing control activity, and potential control gaps  Work in tandem with Cash Management Product Leads to perform a root cause analysis of potential issues. Propose solutions that ensure proper remediation, sustainability, and communicate progress to senior leadership Monitor key performance metrics for the organization Project manage ad hoc strategic controls-related projects as needed Update and maintain key documentation

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Risk or Controls-related field Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence are required Demonstrated ability to drive projects forward in a complex highly matrix organization as well as with internal and external partners and across geographies in a collaborative manner Self-motivated with the ability to effectively prioritize multiple initiatives High-energy with the ability to adapt to a fast paced and changing environment Bachelors Degree required 

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

 MBA preferred Minimum 2 years of experience within financial services, preferably cash management product management
