Salary Range: $170,000 - $210,000


The Cash Management Sales/Operations Manager teams with bankers to manage and grow a portfolio of clients through the sale of cash management products and services and provides operational client support for Apple Bank’s Commercial Deposits Group.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Treasury Sales:

Coordinate and direct treasury solutions for clients that include the development of new treasury business, expansion of existing business relationships and maintenance of current relationships.Partner with Relationship Managers (RMs) to win new client acquisition opportunities through the sale of treasury products through client-centric approach.Manage and grow portfolio of clients and prospects through cross sell opportunities and client focused approach.Review client analysis statements and conduct client conversations to assess client needs, identify and present solutions.Build partnerships and collaborate across teams to achieve sustainable results.Demonstrate industry leadership through involvement in relevant trade associations.Coach and assist team members in larger, more complex dealsAdhere to and comply with all federal and state laws, regulations and guidance as well as Bank policies, procedures and required training; identify and report suspicious activity.

Operations:

Manage operational, internal control, security, and other high-risk functions within Commercial Banking.Analyze and assist with developing operational procedures and or systems.Act as the Operational, Anti-Financial Crime (AFC), Compliance resource for department.Work with appropriate partners throughout the Bank to facilitate client needs.Primary resource for account opening, review, and uploading to appropriate systems and archives.Review account documentation on consistent basis to ensure completion within the allotted time frame.Research and respond to all client problems that require interaction.Partner with Apple/Commercial Banking Management to implement policies, procedures, and system changes. Collaborate with department management to develop and enhance operational knowledge.Assess security/operational risk and partners with department leaders to implement changes.Perform operational reviews to ensure a successful audit.Address client inquiries and respond to requests.

SKILLS, EDUCATION, & EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s degree or combination of education and related work experience in Operations/Cash Management preferred.7+ years of relevant experience requiredCertified Treasury Professional (CTP) preferred.Strong communication skills (verbal + written) and with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and management.Excellent presentation skills.Must be able to prepare customer proposals, as well as internal reposts regarding operational items.Ability to relate to people on an open, friendly, accepting manner and demonstrate sincere interest in their concerns.Work effectively with people outside formal authority to accomplish goals, seeking a “win-win” conclusion.Assert own ideas and persuade others to gain support and commitment, as well as mobilize people to take action.Adhere to Apple Bank’s standards for conduct and attire; must provide a positive and professional image within the Bank and externally.
