Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

Perform day to day operations for Trade Support, Trade Matching, Trade Settlement and Cash Management functions.Communicate, investigate and resolve trade and cash queries and issues raised by Front Office (Portfolio Managers/Traders) Brokers, Custodians, and Internal Investment teams.Actively manages risks related to trades and cash to avoid failed settlement.Perform periodic trade and cash reporting for Onshore counterpartsImprove business processes and controls to mitigate operational risks.Effectively communicate significant production updates and challenges to Manager in a timely mannerDrive process improvements and collaborate with technology partners for data enhancementsProvide assistance on projects – to meet Management requirements by doing research, identifying needs, and developing/implementing solutions.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics or any related business-related courseMinimum 4 years related work experienceHybrid Work Arrangement: Amenability and readiness to work onsite and from home anytime (dependent on business need AND/OR current external environment/situation) should be willing to report on either day shift schedule

Minimum Skills to Hire/Must Haves:

Knowledge in securities instruments, operational processes and trade life cycleGood analytical and diagnostic skills with knowledge and understanding of process design.Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with strong comprehension and confidenceStrong investment, markets and trades knowledgeProactive and willing to thrive in a highly critical function.Demonstrates strong flexibility in the face of ambiguous situations, shifting demands, and challenging work environments.Uses diplomacy and tact to resolve difficult situations. Escalates serious issues to the Manager.

Domain Knowledge Requirements:

Understands the concepts surrounding Trade Support functions and the trade life cycle, middle office and trade settlements and cash management experience is highly preferred.Possesses a fundamental understanding of investment transactions, trade lifecycle, and various asset classesGood working knowledge in using Bloomberg, BBH, Custodian platformsIntermediate to advanced knowledge regarding Cash Management, Data Management, Pricing, Settlements, Reconciliation, Transactions, Transfers processes
