Join as a Cash Sales Specialist manager within the Global Specialist Cash Sales Team, you will play a key role in delivering innovative cash management and liquidity solutions to Non-Bank Financial Institution (NBFI) clients to establish Barclays as one of the market leaders in the field of cash management and being fully aligned to the Corporate Bank Coverage teams.
To be successful as a Cash Sales Specialist manager, you will require experiences of:
Delivering a consultative sales approach to share best practice and advice through the sale of complex cash management and liquidity solutions.Achieving Cash income targets through the acquisition of new business and protecting income from potential competitors.Building and maintaining strong customer relationships with Insurance and potentially Funds Manager clients through effective client planning, to ensure revenue generation and winning our wallet share. Accountabilities
Identification of potential customers, analysing their needs and preferences, and staying abreast of emerging market trends and competitor strategies.Creation of detailed profiles for target customer segments, outlining their demographics, financial habits, and pain points to tailor sales approaches and product recommendations.Relationship management of potential and existing customer relations through the execution of high-quality customer support, by responding to queries and resolving issues, gaining their customer trust, and understanding their financial goals and challenges.Understanding of the features, benefits, risks, and compliance requirements of various banking products and services offered.
