Job Title: Cash Operations and Reconciliation Analyst

Location: Frisco, TX

Position Summary

In the Cash Operations and Reconciliation Analyst role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our cash management processes with a focus on cash reconciliation for ATMs and ITMs. This role will reconcile ATMs and vaults utilizing vendor reporting of residual counts, processor reports, and overall funding of cash from the vault cash provider. This is not just a numbers game; it’s an opportunity to contribute to the financial health of our organization while honing your analytical skills in a fast-paced environment.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

Review daily vendor reports to ensure timely and accurate data, playing a key role in our operational success.

Conduct import checks to guarantee seamless report uploads, ensuring our data integrity.

Complete ATM reconciliation using internal processes and reconciliation applications.

Confirm vault balances and identify exceptions.

Analyze the overall cash position of each vault cash provider, tracking cash in ATMs, cash in vaults, and cash in transit, while identifying over/short positions.

Identify ATM out of balances, track and resolve such items.

Prepare insightful reports for management, including out-of-balance counts and armored performance metrics.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics or mathematics, or equivalent work experience

At least 1 – 2 years of professional work experience in reconciliation, settlement, finance or accounting

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel including strong command of PivotTables, VLOOKUP, and SUMIF functionalities

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word and Access

Demonstrate good analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify cause and effect and communicate results in a structured manner

Excellent communication skills, both written and oral

Solid organizational and time management skills

Strong attention to detail

Enthusiastic team player, but also capable of working independently

Must be able to successfully pass all applicable background screening tests
