Overview
ISS STOXX is growing! We seek a self- motivated Unapplied Cash Analyst to manage, control, and resolve unapplied or unidentified customer deposits, payments, and account balance issues.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Primarily responsible for identifying, researching, and resolving discrepancies related to unapplied cash.
Review aging regularly to identify customer payments across various payment methods (ACH, wire transfers, credit cards) with a high degree of accuracy to determine if they are duplicate payments, overpayments etc.
Communicate with internal & external clients effectively, clearly, and consistent with company policy regarding unallocated payments.
Once resolved, either send application instructions to Cash app team or process refund requests as needed.
Collaborate with Collections team members or other departments to gather necessary information.
Perform customer account analysis as required.
Responsible for monthly detailed reconciliation report on cash applications.
Audit support.
Other ad-hoc projects as needed/assigned.
Qualifications
Training & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree graduate (preferably any Finance/Accounting related course)
Has at least 3-5 years of experience in B2B (Business to Business) Accounts Receivable, specifically identifying, researching, and resolving discrepancies related to unapplied cash.
Fluent in English is essential, with ability to communicate clearly and professionally verbally and in writing.
Detail-oriented with solid organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced work environment.
Experience working with NetSuite SAP and/or Salesforce is preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, excellent Excel skills required.
Work Location & Schedule:
Amenable to work in Ayala North Exchange Makati and on a hybrid work set-up (3x onsite per week)
Amenable to work on a permanent mid-shift schedule (3PM-12AM, Manila time)
