About This Job
As a Cash Services Associate, you will support Axos Bank’s cash processing activities including setting up services for clients, placing orders, as well as other operational tasks. You will ensure individual output is at required levels of quality, prioritize assigned workflows, and ensure Service Level Agreements are met.Place cash orders with our supplier to replenish inventory levels at our virtual vaults. Requests will be made by Bank personnel with specific instructions for cash denominations and total dollars.Implement clients and accounts on the cash ordering platform and enable users with access to place cash orders.Respond to client cash order requests and perform accounting entries within the Bank's core deposit system to support outgoing cash orders from client accounts. This includes placing holds, debiting client accounts, crediting Bank GLs, and approving cash order requests.Monitor cash deposit activity with our third-party service providers and post credits to client accounts. From time to time, adjustments may be required to client accounts and Bank GLs and will be dictated by the service provider's reporting.File currency transaction reports related to the cash ordering and deposits conducted by clients. Timeliness and accuracy are paramount for regulatory compliance.About Axos
