Ranked 35 among national universities, Boston College has 888 full-time and 1,281 FTE faculty, 2,711 non-faculty employees, an operating budget of $1.4 billion, and an endowment in excess of $3.5 billion. **Job Description** The **Cash Services Associate** manages the daily operational and accounting activities of Cash Services; and reviews and verifies the deposit of University funds and ensures the appropriate PeopleSoft Financials values are used which requires an understanding of the chart of account design and request of new accounts when necessary. This position also provides direction and support to departments throughout the University regarding cash management and use of proper chartfields and accounting. The Cash Services Associate oversees on hand cash processes and procedures, and functions as the system administrator for the Transact applications and works with other University departments to design and implement payment solutions. Additional responsibilities will include year end reconciliations and assisting with other general accounting activities throughout the year.
