POSITION SUMMARY:

The Cashier, Count is responsible for the accurate counting and recording of all gaming revenue received.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Ensures the provision of professional and timely service to our customers, maintaining a current knowledge of the Melco Resorts complex and facilities. Ensures the timely and accurate collection (where required), counting and recording of revenue i.e. cash and cashless vouchers. Verifies the cashless vouchers after counting and collection. Prepares cash for GC float, TRT float, clippings, bulk counting, sorting and bundling. Inputs and verifies relevant data and documentation for various reporting policies and procedures i.e. Philippine Government regulations (PAGCOR) and Internal Control Statement (ICS) Melco Resorts. Consistently seeks to develop a trusting relationship and working rapport with other team members and ensures a positive approach to work, whilst assisting with the training of new and existing.

Achievement of department KPOs. The timely and accurate collection, counting, recording and verifying of revenue.Consistency in the delivery of established service standards.Constructive relationships are built with customers and team members.Accurate demonstration of product knowledge.Strict adherence to PAGCOR regulations and Melco Resort’s Policies and Procedures.Performance requirements of reports satisfied. Attention to detail.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience

Preferably with previous cash handling experience in the gaming or banking industry.

Education

Preferably with tertiary education or its equivalent job experience

Skills / Competencies

Adopts and implements new approaches and practices to meet changing circumstances
