Position Summary

Cage Cashier is responsible for ensuring a high level of customer service and accuracy

Primary Responsibility Be responsible for encashment of patron chips, cheques, foreign currency Maintain a cashier control sheet, and balance their float at the end of their shift  Be able to prepare fills and credits and associated chip bank duties to support table game and slot operations Do coin runs, exchange tokens, maintaining hand pays, computer input, hard count and soft count duties Serve the patrons in a professional and accurate manner and other duties as directed by Cage Shift Manager and Supervisor Requirements  Good customer service sense  Basic English and experience in handling cash and foreign exchange is preferred  Willing to work on shifts  Macao residents aged 21 or above
