Schedule: Full Time – Saturdays Included

Cashier/ Office Assistant Compensation: Between $17.00-20.00 per hour (based on knowledge, experience, store franchise and volume).

Cashier/ Office Assistant Job Responsibilities:Administrative Support:Perform general office duties such as answering phones, filing, and data entry.Ensure accuracy and timeliness when stocking in vehicles as well as working through any issues that may arise. Assist in maintaining office supplies inventory and placing orders when necessary.Assist in coordinating dealership events, reporting to the leadership team when necessaryOrganize and maintain physical and digital files, ensuring accurate record-keeping.Payment Processing:Accurately process cash, credit card, and check transactions for services and parts.Issue receipts and ensure that all transactions are recorded correctly.Balance the cash drawer at the end of each shift and prepare daily deposit reports.Clerical Duties:Maintain accurate and organized records of all transactions.Assist with filing, data entry, and other administrative tasksCommunication:Coordinate communication between departments to ensure timely and accurate information flow.Relay messages and information to appropriate staff members.Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for management.Benefits: Work/Life BalanceWeekly PayAffordable Medical BenefitsPaid Time OffOngoing training and advancement opportunitySpecial employee pricing on vehicles and partsValid Driver License is required
