Primary Purpose of the Role:

Submission of the payment files as generated by the AP systems and timely hand off into the cash payment system (CashPooler).

AR receipts, booking cash in, Intercompany report


Key Responsibilities and Tasks:

Finalized approved BACS files into final and process up onto the Group payment toolMonthly intercompany report SkillsGood communication skills both verbal and writtenGood team player – flexible and adaptable to multi-tasks.Excellent customer service skills.   Ability to work on own initiative  Adaptable and flexibleA good sense of relationship and strong interpersonal qualities (to be able to manage the relationship with different cultures within units)Able to work in a multicultural work environment

About You

Proficient use of Microsoft Word, Excel and OutlookExperience of working for a large and complex organisation - Shared Service Centre environmentGood knowledge of P2P processes acquired in an international companyFluent in several languages: Portuguese plus at least one of the following: French, Spanish, Italian, German, Greek, Danish, Dutch, Norwegian, Polish and Romania. To speak English is a plus.

Graduated in Accounting, Management, Economics (or in a similar area);Work experience in a complex matrix organization with multiple customers.
