JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Ultimately responsible for assisting the Vice President/General Manager in the daily conduct of The Casino at Nemacolin’s gaming business Responsible for continually monitoring, adjusting and improving clean, safe, friendly and fun standards Responsible for completing annual Anti-Money Laundering/Title 31 training Responsible for the overall performance of the property Supervises the Marketing Manager, Director of Player Development, F&B Manager, Outlet Executive Chef, and the Security and Facilities Manager Complete discretion of all assigned departments with a direct reporting line to this position Review staffing levels to maintain optimum employment while being fiscally responsible and providing strong guest service Reviews property status with the Nemacolin personnel as needed Establish property financial goals with property executive team and senior executive team Reviews property and departmental financial data Working knowledge of Oasis application including but not limited to the following: Customer inquiries, Credit, Marketing, Players Club, Player Tracking, Offer & Event Menu, Marketing Reports, Players Club Reports & W2G Customer Display, Self-Exclusion Display Ability to authorize and issue complementary services to patrons in accordance with the approved Complimentary Matrix Ability to approve credit in accordance with internal control section 609a.4 Maintain strict confidentiality relative to financial data, casino policies, and marketing plans Any other assigned duties and responsibilities

DETAILED DESCRIPTIONS OF EXPERIENCE OR EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

Requires a four-year college degree and minimum of fifteen years of experience with demonstrated success in managing profit and loss statements, multiple departments, and operational function preferably within the gaming or hospitality industry (Equivalent combination of experience and education will be considered.) Must be able to receive and maintain all required certification Must complete all required company training
