KEY JOB FUNCTIONS:
Maintains close ties with targeted guests through personal contact by phone and in person. Greets guests in the casino and participates in social events and special promotions. Anticipates guests’ needs and quickly responds to guests’ requests to arrange transportation and accommodations. Effectively uses telemarketing, mail and other marketing techniques to increase visitation patterns among target customers. Uses sound judgment and makes good decisions in accordance with established guidelines. Handles difficult guests and situations in a calm, professional and prudent manner. Fully complies with all applicable rules, regulations, laws and policies, and conducts themselves with highest levels of integrity and honesty.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must have basic computer knowledge (Email, MS Excel, internet, etc.) Must be able to work independently and be self-motivated. H.S. Diploma, GED, or equivalent required 19 + years of age or older Successfully pass a background check Able to obtain a gaming license from the Nebraska Gaming Commission Ability to work a flexible schedule: nights, weekends, and holidays. Present yourself in a professional manner Strong communication skills, both written and verbal English. Bilingual is a PLUS! Must be able to respond calmly and make rational decisions when handling guest’s needs. Understanding and a responsibility to adhere to all compliance requirements set for by the company and Nebraska State Gaming Regulations. Must have a minimum of 2 years customer service-related experience. Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to pass a MVR check.
