***TABLE GAMES DUAL SUPERVISOR 

Responsible Supervising the operations of two to eight table games on an assigned shift, placing special emphasis on guest service, security of Caesars Entertainment assets and positive employee motivation and coaching. Settles disputes that arise from guests in the Table Games area, referring those that are very difficult to the Casino Manager – Table Games or Director Table Games.

 Qualifications:

Work requires a minimum age of 21. Work requires a minimum of 3 years pit operation experience. Knowledge of casino rules, regulations, and procedures pertinent to Pit operations

  

***DEALERS 

Responsible for all aspects of dealing assigned games and assists the Table Games Service Supervisor in tracking play and game observation. Greets and recruits new casino customers while providing friendly, excellent service to every guest. Acknowledges, greets, and converses in English with customers who approach the Table Games area

Qualifications:

6 months multiple games dealing experience required in Current specific game requirements, i.e., Blackjack, Roulette, Craps, Dice, Baccarat and/or Pai Gow Tiles Must possess excellent customer relations and communication skills

***Floor Person Slot Ambassador 

 

The Slot Floor Person/Attendant is responsible for quickly and accurately performing fills and jackpots on machines, as well as minor repairs.  A Slot Floor Person/Attendant walks the casino floor, making themselves available to assist customers and provide friendly, courteous service at all times.

 

Work requires a minimum age of 21 Actively patrols assigned sections looking for opportunities to surprise and delight guests. Enhances guest’s slot entertainment experience by creating a fun, high-energy environment through the celebration of slot wins and building players’ perception of luck. Good organization and communication skills required

 

 ***Arcade Attendant       16 Years+ 

 

Using all aspects of Family Style Service, the Arcade Attendant ensures a safe, fun-filled, and exciting environment for our Arcade guests. Provides change for Arcade guests and oversees the children’s area.

 

 

Ability to perform basic math skills Demonstrates a pleasant and enthusiastic demeanor at all times. Smiling and eye contact are required.  Develops an excellent understanding of the games within the Arcade and the prize assortments.  Uses that knowledge to answer guest questions and proactively offer information to guests to build relationships and maximize Arcade revenues. Must be 16+
