While there are several tasks that define your role, you will need to be really good at making it easy for our guests: delivering service with a personal touch and delighting others whenever possible, all with an approachable sense of luxury. Most of the time, you will be:
Answering telephone calls from casino guests requesting information or services from the Player Development staff.
Maintaining all special event spreadsheets along with cabana log sheet and ACD Log report.
Handling all Concierge requests for our casino guests and the player development department.

In a perfect world, we would also like you to come with:
Ability to obtain a Nevada Gaming Registration (Must be at least 21 years of age)
Previous VIP services, front desk, or reservations experience.
Proficient in but not limited to CMS, LMS, and Microsoft Office.
