Casino Shift Manager

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for the efficient operation of all Table Games, Slots, Beverage, and Housekeeping on a particular shift. Ability to authorize and issue complimentary services to patrons, including discretionary free play in accordance with approved Complimentary Matrix which is part of internal control section 465a.7. Supervises the Table Games, Slots, EVS, and Beverage Servers with a direct reporting line to this position. Responsible for completing annual Anti-Money Laundering/Title 31 training. Responsible for ensuring that all operations/departments in the casino run smoothly and timely. Reviews property and departmental financial data. Maintains strict confidentiality relative to financial data, casino policies, and marketing plans. Responsible for receipt of card and inventory, to include inventory count, storage, and removal from the Card and Dice room to the pit(s). Maintains constant awareness of staffing in the Slots, Table Games, Beverage, and Housekeeping departments. Responsible for hiring, interviewing and organizing training classes to maintain adequate staffing. Evaluate and research different game options and new technologies for Slots and Table Games. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables. Ability to understand and use OASIS and Ultipro systems. Any other assigned duties and responsibilities.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF EXPERIENCE OR EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

Demonstrated knowledge of policies and procedures of games supervised, as well as knowledge of and ability to identify various cheating techniques. Recommended seven years' experience in a state licensed or tribal casino, but at least give years in slot department training and managing are required. Must be able to receive and maintain all required certifications. Must completed all required company training. Must be at least 21 years of age and willing and able to obtain a Pennsylvania Gaming License.
