Casting Clerk
Job Title:            Casting Clerk Classification:    Non-Exempt Department:      Casting Reports to:        Casting Manager Shift:                 Monday-Friday  Purpose: The overall view is to maintain the department production spreadsheets. Duties include inputting data from paper documents into spreadsheets using excel, updating, and double-checking their work to make sure they input data correctly. General Duties:             -Transfer data from hard copies to digital spreadsheets.             -Create spreadsheets to track important production data             -Organize, sort, and file production paperwork             -Ensure accurateness and completeness of entered data             -Resolve any discrepancies or issues quickly             -Other duties as assigned Skills: + Working knowledge of Word, Excel, and Microsoft Outlook. + Must be able to perform basic mathematical functions. + Ability to multitask and work well with others. + Sense of urgency and self-motivation; ability to work independently. + Computer literacy with ability to learn new computer software programs. + Ability to read and interpret documents. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence + Excellent written and oral communication skills. + Attention to detail with strong organizational skills. + Requirements: + High School Diploma or equivalent + 2 - 3 years of experience in clerical data entry + MS Office and knowledge, QAD is an advantage.   Powered by JazzHR
