🐝 Essential Qualifications

Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or an equivalent/higher qualification as recognized by ACECQA).

A current and valid Working With Children Check or ability to obtain one.

First Aid Certificate including training in asthma and anaphylaxis.

Current and valid Australian Work Rights.

🐝 Desirable Skills, Attributes, and Experience

Familiarity with National Early Years Learning Frameworks (EYLF) and National Quality Framework (NQF) required

Previous experience as an Educator, with proficiency in documenting children's development using relevant software.

Create a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment for all children.

Understand developmental milestones and design age-appropriate programs.

Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues.

Collaborate within a diverse team and adapt to varying needs in an early childhood setting.
