Eurofins Agro Testing is an accredited Agricultural testing laboratory that specialises in Soil, Plant and Water testing with laboratories located in Hindmarsh South Australia, Belmont Western Australia and Burleigh Heads Queensland. Our client base includes farmers, agronomists, rural retailers and research organisations with our samples originating from all across Australia.

Job Description

The role is primarily preparing samples for instrument analysis, involving dispensing extraction solutions, capping tubes, centrifuging, and transferring extracted samples to secondary tubes. Working in a team you will accurately and efficiently process samples for various tests. On the job training is provided so no laboratory experience is required.

Shift work roster

We operate on the following shift structures and ideally you would be available on a rotating basis Monday to Friday:Day shift 8 hours between (7am – 6pm)

Qualifications

Reliable and ideally able to work a rotating shift roster

Ability to follow procedures with excellent attention to detailWilling to work as part of a team with emphasis on quality and safetyExperience working in a fast-paced environment would be advantageous (eg. Fast food, hospitality / warehouse)Good organisational skills, can multi-taskExperience in a commercial sample preparation laboratory would be advantageous but not a requirement to be successful in this role
