**REQUIREMENTS**
+ High School Diploma or Equivalency and 6 months paid direct care experience.
+ Valid Driver license - and the ability to drive an organizational vehicle
+ Act 33/34/73 clearances
+ Pre-employment drug screening.
**SCHEDULE:**
+ Must work a minimum of **4 shifts each month** . You can choose which shifts you want to work.

**ABOUT THE ROLE:** We’re looking for people to join our **Casual Pool** to help support our staff in the mental health residential department. This position will require working rotating shifts, which might include weekends and holidays. What's great about this position is that it is _flexible part time_ . That means **YOU** get to choose what shifts, days and locations you will work based on the available openings. This is a fantastic position for people looking to add a bit more money to their monthly budget or for a stay-at-home mom or dad who is looking to get out of the house a couple times a week. We’ll guarantee at least 7.5 hours a week but you could work 5 shifts a week if you wanted! This is a part time job made to fit your needs and to work around your school or full time job's schedule.
