Requirements
Graduate from accredited school of radiological technology.CAT Scan certificationBLSFrequent physical demands include: Standing , Walking , Carry objects , Push/Pull Reaching forward , Reaching overhead , Wrist position deviation , Pinching/fine motor activitiesOccasional physical demands include: Sitting , Climbing (e.g., stairs or ladders) , Twisting , Bending , Squat/kneel/crawl , Keyboard use/repetitive motion

Responsibilities
Provides clinical services according to radiology practice standards and acts as a resource to other technologists to ensure optimal patient care and efficient departmental operations.
Demonstrates understanding of computerized tomography imaging principles and theory, anatomy, positioning, and technique for obtaining optimal imaging studies. Demonstrates understanding of venipuncture techniques and practices for the administration of intravenous contrast media.
Assists physicians in the performance of various studies .
