Job Description

As the Catalog Operations Program Manager in the Ultrasound Business Unit, you will oversee catalog management, ensuring effective execution of catalog changes and process updates.

Your role:

Working closely with Business Marketing teams, Commercial Operations, and various Global Business Services (GBS) teams to design, develop, and execute the End-to-End catalog strategy for the Ultrasound Business Unit. Also, coordinating the different roles involved in the catalog operationalization process, ensuring seamless orchestration of the commercial catalog and factory catalog flows, according to the business need.Collaborating with Product Managers to oversee catalog phase-in and phase-out processes, as guided by the business portfolio strategy/roadmap and defined by PLCM (Product Lifecycle Catalog Management).Facilitating data migration and validation efforts, working closely with product owners and data teams to test, validate and ensure the accuracy, completeness, and reliability of catalog data. Ensuring the milestones and timelines for catalog change readiness are achieved on-time each quarter and accurately with first time-right deployment.Completing detailed reviews and audits of the catalog to identify and resolve issues, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance across all entries to maintain a high standard of quality.Setting up tracking and reporting for key supporting activities (e.g. sales text translation, pricing readiness) in the catalog process. Ensuring active catalog dashboards (e.g., Catalog360) provide relevant data for product manager decisions.Monitoring and driving improvements in catalog KPI results. Continuously assessing and refining catalog management processes for optimal efficiency and accuracy, based on market needs and insights from supporting functions.

You're the right fit if:

You’ve acquired 7+ years of experience in Program/Project Management and/or Operations Management, including all aspects of project development and execution.Your skills include:Strategic planning and E2E conceptual thinking capabilities.Cross-functional stakeholder management and influential leadership skills.Knowledge of commercial catalog tools and business process around CPQ (configuration, price, quote – a plus.You have a bachelor’s degree (required), master’s degree preferred.You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position. You’re an excellent communicator, both written and verbal, have a continuous improvement mindset and enjoy problem solving.

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

Philips Transparency Details

The pay range for this position in Bothell, WA and Cambridge, MA is $135,000 to $216,000.

The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.    

In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.  Employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive Philips Total Rewards benefits program, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more.  Details about our benefits can be found here. 

At Philips, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case.

Company relocation benefits will not be provided for this position.  For this position, you must reside in or within commuting distance to Bothell, WA or Cambridge, MA.
